This Project Management Simulation Tool is a revolutionary highly
interactive self-learning tool with simulations based on real-life
situations in project management. It is based on the PMI standard
methodology and covers all the processes of Project Management. AVA PMS
allows participants to work individually in a fun, interactive and
life-like situation, quickly gaining valuable experience in a safe
environment.
Once the Simulation Tool has been completed, the participants will meet
for a 1 or 2-day classroom workshop to discuss their experience and
strengthen their knowledge in specific areas of Project Management. These
areas will be defined in advance, and will include topics that need more
in-depth exploration, depending on the needs of the organization (see
below for a suggested list of topics).
The course
is designed for Project Team Members, new Project Managers, and
experienced Project Managers who are looking for a more structured
approach and to refresh their skills.
