Change Coaching

Why do you need it?

Coaching in Change Management is essential during any major project such as:

bulletImplementing a change in the direction or strategy of the company

Coaching should start at the same time as the initial planning of the project, to ensure that all are prepared for the changes that will take place well in advance, and in order to help rather than hinder this process.
